Maps That Never Made It Into World At War (SCRAPPED MAPS)

mp_atoll

Atoll was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. The level is early and daytime version of Makin map.

mp_beachhead
Beachhead was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. This level is the one large level with Japanese environment for vehicle matches.

mp_carrier
Carrier was a cancelled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. The level originally to be placed on carrier full of F4U Corsairs. The level is somewhat similar to Wet Work, from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

mp_cavern
Cavern was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. The loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and the name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. Very little is known about this level. It was originally set to be placed in an unknown Japanese cavern.

mp_docks
Docks was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. The level was replaced by level Sub Pens with same console codename.

mp_subway
Subway was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and mini-map of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files. The level was replaced by the level Station with the same console codename.

mp_wetlands
Wetlands was a canceled Call of Duty: World at War multiplayer level. Loadscreen and minimap of this level can be found in Call of Duty: World at War game files, and name can be found in file "mpui.str" in raw/english/localizedstrings directory. This level was probably replaced with Seelow level.

mp_broadside
Only .gsc file for Broadside can be found in Mod Tools map scripts. The level featured Red Army and Wehrmacht

mp_cassino
only .gsc file for Cassino can be found in Mod Tools map scripts. The level featured Red Army and Wehrmacht. The map used "temp" minimap instead of its own minimap.

mp_lagoon
Only .gsc file for Lagoon can be found in Mod Tools map scripts. The level featured Marine Raiders and Imperial Japanese Army. The effects file for Cliffside is mentioned in map scripts file, however, it is commented.

mp_struggle
Only .gsc file for Struggle can be found in Mod Tools map scripts. The level featured Red Army and Wehrmacht.

mp_trenches
Only .gsc file for Trenches can be found in Mod Tools map scripts. The level featured Red Army and Wehrmacht
